2nd Edition First Game Question

We had our first proper game this evening and had a question about wounds.  In the Lurker turn a cultist charges into close combat loses and suffers a face up result.  In the Threshold turn, Resolve Combats phase, the cultist loses again and suffers another face up result.  Does the cultists condition move from face up to face down because of the second result or does it stay at face up?

He would stay the same...unless a worse wound was rolled next...then you would apply this instead. Hope this helps!
