PavisGrave As A Setting

Inspired by http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=82473.0 and my own similar projects, I thought it was high time we went ahead as a community and created this as an actual Frostgrave fan variant.

So, how about some ideas for converting Felstad rules for the Big Rubble?

 I can only think of a PavisGrave Bestiary with new random encounter monsters to make it different from snow covered Felstad... all the other stuff should work without need of a fan adaptation I think.

IIRC, there are five separate "zones," each of which would have a separate encounter table, and possibly different treasure tables. I think the existing Bestiaries would work ifvsome of the encounters were re-skinned.
