No news of my father and brothers with the main army,as the trayne we are with belongs to the Advante Guarde under the command of my uncle Einhart and his son Jacob.

The talk around the campfires is the arrival of De Mendoza's veteran Spanish troops, the heroes of Bergkhamp an der Ecke, several of their companies together with their baggage are attached to the convoy.
The mood has lightened as we near our destination with just a few leagues to the camp.

But I still worry who were those men and what was behind the attack 5 days ago. All of a sudden this province has got a lot less safe.
Dark forces are abroad and hidden agendas are being put into place, the soonerI get to the safety of the family's household troops the better.................."

Just finished painting the final 4 foot of hedges and now off to bed with a 12 year old single malt.

My sons and I load the car tomorrow AND head off to London on Friday, staying @ my sisters place in Kent.
Collect nephew then final set up @ Salute .
When day finished eldest son is put on train back to university/ college @ Brighton ( Civil engineering) we return to Bath
Sunday take second son back to university @ cheltenham(Digital Media and web Technologies).
So everything totally manic or Nantucket Sleighride.
Will try and post something tomorrow if not Monday off work to pack stuff away and recover.
