Old Star Frontiers figs come up on the TMP Space Ship thread often, along with discussions of 'lead rot'.

I've still got several sealed boxes I'm a bit scared to open.  ;)

Yeah. I'm still muchly saddened by the loss of my human and dralasite figures. I brought that one up some time ago on the one lead rot thread here. Good thing that my Yazarians are still quite fine though. lol

I think I may have the lower body of a Vrusk in my bits box. I have no idea why.
I've never played Star Frontiers, although I read the hell out of "Villains of Volturnus", one of the Endless Quest books TSR put out.

Oddly, I bought the box set at a used book store about 3 months ago, but haven't had a chance to read it :(

No I haven't, I guess the series is much larger than I thought. I have the first 17 or so. I may try to track them down for my kid though... heck, I may even read them ;)

Just ran across a great stand-in for Yazirians.  Four-color figs does this "Gliding Gibbon" figure complete with SF style single suit and ubiquitous goggles.

You can find him here:

That's a very cool mini. It just needs some pistols.

I'm all over not-Star Frontiers figs.  All over it.  If you sculpt them we will come....or something like that!
