Anyone else have trouble getting onto site this is the message I got

I cannot connect to the database because: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2 "No such file or directory")

For some reason the home page comes up with that message.  Go in via a google search and click on one of the page options (other than Home page, of course).
Oddly,  I couldn't get on to this forum last night and got the same message.

yep, seems down at the moment...

I've had similar issues.

Some parts of the site work - but the main page and the miniatures section doesn't for me.
