That's not good Queen Vic, that's Dolores Trollope's sainted Granny. The other Lady with the feather in her bonnet is the founder member of the Dead Man's Gulch Temperance Society!
Using FFofL, townsfolk can be much more than set dressing. Having the Gulchers randomly skedaddling off main street when the lead starts flying, has brought us some of the best moments in our shootouts.

I think that even if you don't accept that the widely held notion that civilisation ends somewhere just north of The Wash and that the frontier lies along Hadrian's Wall, then Balmoral is well beyond it.  I should imagine that Her Majesty broke out the Purdeys there on an annual basis, if only to provide an acceptable rationale for a long ramble with John Brown.

Oh, excellent.  I picked up a couple of the first box when it became available, and will do the same for this set.

We play Shadows of Brimstone, Deadlands, and what have you, so the more well-armed females around, the better. 

And the set has a chicken.  Win win!

Outlaws with bandanas, bank sacks, etc.
Lawmen
Mexicans
Apache or similar
US Cavalry
Pinkertons
Armed townsfolk
