BoB/RCW skirmish
« on: 07 January 2023, 09:57:23 AM »
Got my first game of the year in using the Setting the East Ablaze rules. Bolsheviks took a bloody nose from the Brits. More here https://scottyswargaming.blogspot.com/2023/01/the-lion-and-bear.html?m=0

Fantastic. Is that the double-sided Geek Villain mat and Pegasus buildings?

Yep, the mat is from Geek Villain and buildings from Pegasus hobbies. Got a few more to paint up as scale well with 28mm figures

They are great buildings I want to get some of their others and use them for both 1/72 and 28mm.

Great stuff. I’m wondering about RCW as a new project (because of course the last thing I need is another project!)

Feels like a very tough ask for the Reds in this game.

It was definitely a tough ask. Not helped by the British throwing excellent dice all game. Atleast we reached the village

Great looking game.  I'm sure the Reds will regroup and be back to see off the interventionist dogs.  ;)

They most definitely will. I want to add some armoured cars and early tanks to the game once they are painted up
