In the last photo, what is the bag being carried, looks heavy?

I learned long ago not to ask a woman what’s in the bag……but it looks big enough to carry a few AK’s for sure!

Ok so only three years since I bought them, but I’ve just unpacked the two Empress apparently buildings.

The bottom layers seem a bit warped and don’t sit flush but I will try the hot water trick to re align them.  The two top levels have no lugs to keep them secure and stop them sliding off the lower levels so that needs to be a priority, otherwise they are really nice models.   Clearly a lot smaller than the hotel…but that was built with opulence in mind with twin height rooms etc…these are more affordable residential blocks.

I’m busy the next few days so this may take a bit yet….

"only three years"?  That's quick work, sir, quick work.  Well, if my collection of unpainted stuff is any guide.

And now I know where to get what I've always wanted, an "apparently" building.  Do they make one in 15 mm?   

I'm guessing 'apartment' buildings so will be fun to watch what you do to them.  More hotels?  Stay as apartments?  Maybe an office building?  So many options.

A.  Lovely work all around on that hotel and its environs, and its staff/guests. 

B.  Those comfy chairs on the terrace would be perfect for my various chaps with cigars...

C.  Looking forward to your progress on those apartment buildings, and then the 3 of them together.  The 3 would make a great set for a DieHard-ish movie/scenario...

While the sourced baggage cart and furniture are nice finds, it is your painting that really makes them stand out.

Hope those are real leather furnitures because if it is naugahyde they'll be terribly uncomfortable and sticky in the heat.
