Very characterful figures matched by topnotch brushwork. Any chance of a painting tutorial so that us mere mortals can at least have a chance?

I’m not a top painter. Base colors, inks, letting dry and next day retouching with base color, some highlights, washes and final highlights. First base colors are quick, not neat.
