 I just discovered these, has anyone tried using them on minis? They seem to be made to weather vehicles but they must have lots of other applications.

Not on minis but on vehicles. They're OK,,they do the job but to be honest, I've largely given them up for pigment powders, various washes and the occasional, discriminating use of an HB pencil or dots of lighter paint for weathering.

I think I still have a couple of those compact sitting around unloved somewhere.
