Lovely stuff once again! 

Oh, but a point of order re Harry Staish's car pennant:  That should be a rectangular pennant in 'ensign blue' with a central red/white/blue roundel; the same pattern was used for Station Commanders, regardless of rank (they could be Wg Cdr, Gp Capt or Air Commodore).  AOCs of higher units had the same pennant with the 'Astral Crown' in gold, superimposed over the roundel.

The rank pennant would be flown from the crosspiece of a unit flagpole, showing the rank of the unit's CO, and wouldn't be used on a car.

Bad news on the ASAM front. They are closing down at the end of the year and looking to flog off their tooling.

Need to get that Mobat while it lasts (if it's still in production that is).
