I'm still waiting for two sets  I think they legally have 28 days or so for UK delivery, so I'll give them a week longer and then phone myself.

I wouldn't mind too much but the second set I ordered is a "thank you" for an act of generosity. My pair can wait, as I've so much else to paint anyway.

I must say they have always been very efficient with earlier orders. Maybe some problem with this specific item?

I haven't got mine either. I have a receipt from them that says the items will be despatched "as soon as possible".

just called them (cheers for the heads up about the number plynkes) and it seems that the trent mould went missing but has now turned up so should be here sometime at the end of the week or beginning of next

OK, good news, my order has just arrived!  Not too bad, 19 days from placing the order. A bit slow, but certainly acceptable to me 

I will be off to the post office to send on the second pair ASAP!
