The russian Polikarpov Po-2 Kukuruznik, a multipurpose biplane, among them the deployment in the 588th Taman Guard Night Bomber Regiment. It had also the record for largest production run of a biplane for decades.

Oh come now- sometimes a hamburger is all one wants.  No need to haul one's-self all the way to the Hoffbrau Haus for some Focke-Schnitzel, or somewhere else for some Zero-Role.

Hamburgers get the job done man.

I`ve always been a fan of the Italian Fiat 50b Bis, due to a conbination of always having had an intrest in the italian ww2 army, and the fact that was the very first plastic kit I ever (tried to) build.  I found it an elegant plane and the yellow fuselage on the old Airfix kits picture kind of `did it` for me
