The design is based on the WW2 style of the Ultimates comics.
The 1st issue of the Ultimates is all WW2 action. An absolute fantastic comic of a WW2 US raid on a secret Nazi Atom Bomb research base. Very recomended.
I will post a scan of Captain look in the comic soon.

After some time of research I've been able to get the Ultimates comics in their spanish comics... I must say that many years have passed since I enjoyed so much a super-hero comic... So much that I've also acquired the Ultimates 2 comics.
