Bederken Laird o' Loch Nastybeastie
« on: 10 May 2011, 03:58:53 PM »
I had this one on the corks for a good while, but thought I would show a WIP as a few people here may be interested.

Lots to do on him at this stage, the cloak needs a top layer of putty and more folds, the sword needs carving and the details have to be added.  Going to try doing some celtic knotwork on him too, if my patience can stand it.  He is 1980s scale, and yes, he does have a wife coming.

Hail, Hail, Hail McDeath
Thane of Glamis and Cawdor
and Master of death
All Hail McDeath we greet thee with laughter
Hail McDeath thou shalt be king hereafter

The model looks great!
Let me hear the battle cry
Calling on the wind
Let me see the banners fly
Before the storm begins

Dave, I highly admire anyone who can sculpt well.  I can paint, but I'm a novice at sculpting.  Great stuff man!

I don't know how I missed all of these...

Oh bugger - another project beckons...  >:( lol

Excellent work - when will the armoured, amphibious, visually challenged lake monster be released?  ;)

Never mind that, I need a two-headed chaos hound w/ a scorpion tail, with flames shooting out of his mouth!

Already told you what I think at FU UK! - so no need to repeat myself, is there?

So all I want to say is, that I'm glad seeing you back in the putty-pushing business :D

Any plans for new releases, any time soon?

I love that model!!!!  :o

Please do a dwarf with no body, but just a giant head with arms and legs. Like the old GW one. Brilliant chaotic concept.
