Only a week to go. All very exciting despite the appalling mess made of my travel arrangements by FLIGHT CENTRE, which has somewhat taken the gloss off things a bit in the lead up to it. If their arrangements don't result in my wife and I ending up in some sweaty south American prison by mistake...we should be on schedule. I don't think I would wish it on my worst enemy to go through the hell of wrong bookings, wrong cities, wrong etc etc etc. Even as late as today we are fending off errors that we hope will be concluded tomorrow...six days before we leave.
 
Awwww....I suppose I shouldn't be too hard on FLIGHT CENTRE. They only had six weeks to get it all right!!!!   
 
I look forward to seeing some of you while in the UK, and Italy too. Also all the wargames gang in Charlotte NC as well as Los Angeles, Washington and New York.
I think Paris and Vienna are the only cities were there are no wargamers to meet and say hello.
 
I hope BLIGHTY manages to turn on some reasonable weather for our visit. Its been many years years since my wife visited her home town of Worthing so could all the British wargamers please have a quiet word to Mother Nature and ask her to tone it down a bit!!!!!
