Color scheme for Commissar - Second Commissar with Pic

Looks really good! Overcoats of that time were light to medium grey with a brown-ish cast (natural un-dyed wool). But a very nice figure nonetheless - well done!

Yes - good. As has already been written, Scott - coat should be in one of the shades of gray. Black color leather outfit (belt and holster) only in the Navy. In the army - brown skin shades.
 But it can not be considered a big mistake - coat, perhaps the trophy is made of cloth (Japanese or British), and the belt was issued to the naval depots
