You can ask chinese or indians painters to paint them for you, there are very good service and the cost is low. You can ask them to buy plastic soldiers for you and send them to you already painted so you do not have to pay 3 times postage

HO is 1/87 which is approximately 15mm!


Approximately. But most 15mm figures are more chunky than the figures for H0 railroads. I wouldn't put them together on the table.
