Napoleonic Russian vallejo colors : help needed

For russian uniform i might paint with vallejo 70.894.096,RUSSIAN GREEN for the uniform.

The coats are painted in ?

Help needed.

I'm not sure, off hand, but I think the Russian Green is more of a WW2 Camouflage colour.  You may need to look for a richer, deeper green.......

Tha Russian Napoleonic uniform started out such a dark green it almost looked black. Of course they probably faded fairly quickly in the sun. I painted mine a base of VMC Military Green and black (50/50) and worked my way up to straight military green for the highlights.
