20mm Fallschirmjäger recommendations?

I am putting together a small 20mm FJ 'infantry' force (late 43 through 44) for Battlegroup Panzer Grenadier 2 and would welome some advice please.
I am addicted to AB Miniatures so everything that they have that works I will get.
Can anyone tell me
1) if AB packs FJ1 and FJ2 section packs have LMG's and how many per pack?
2) who does the best 7.5 cm Infantry Gun and FJ crew
3) who does fausts that can work on the same base as AB
4) who does the best 7.5 cm recoilless gun and FJ crew
5) who does an FJ Flammenwefer (SHQ)?
6) anything else........
