Heller/Airfix Dinosaurs

Hi guys, I was just wondering if anyone knows what scale the Heller/Airfix dinosaurs are. I am going to use dinosaurs in my puld games I am running through Savage worlds. I have a load of the copplestone ones, but was wondering what the bigger scalwe ones were like.

Airfix used to have a habit with some ranges of making the model scale to fit the box so you might find the different kits are different scales.

Not sure if we have any, but I think we got some Tamiya ones.
I'll have to look in the loft, give me a week to find the ladder.
