Tsuba Miniatures: Manchurian Bandits
« on: 11 September 2012, 12:07:21 PM »
As the Russian Officers and NCOs set was our tenth relased set, it called for something to mark the occasion. So we are proud to announce the release of a set of Manchurian Bandits! (Manchuria remained a hot spot after the end of the RJW for the better part of the first half of the 20th century.) So while not strictly Russo-Japanese War related, these miniatures are at least geographically a good match.

Please note, that the miniature on the left comes with both, the shown repeating rifle AND a double-barreled shotgun option.

As always, Paul Hicks did the sculpting, Griffin Moulds the moulding and casting and Simon Bradley finished them of nicely with an amazing paint job, everybody has come to expect from him.

Ooh you bugger, more money I have to send your way.

These look a little like three chaps from one of my favourite movies :)

Nice miniatures.

I just have a bit of a problem with the young fop in the middle. He's do puts my teeth on edge. I'd like my Sergeant Major to give him a good bawling to and have his mop forcibly cropped short by a muster of subalterns.

Added to the list... (that's getting to be a long list again...)
I am looking for the following Deadlands minis:  Shotgun Thug, Lost Soul, Cleaners, Railroad Workers & Feral Dead. If you have any of these minis, or if you are one, please send me a PM.

I wonder how to use them ruleswise. I guess 'the good' must have stats like a C'tan considering his performance against the japanese army...

Absolutely beautiful figures. I've purchased a set and will have to build them into a scenario for my "Mongols With Mausers" silk Road Pulp game at the HotLead convention this year. Now....if only you could make a Ghost Market.....

I think for building the ghost market you only have to wait until the first kids sell their Goblin Town stuff they get with the Hobbit game at Xmas.
