So I am planing on building a modular river.
I will be using this board, which I have marked the river shape on.
This tool, that I got for christmas!
And this stuff for the water.
My issue that I require help with is what modelling material do I use to make up the riverbanks. I thought about my usual polyfiller, but on such large pieces I think it might crack up and fall apart too easily, especially if there is any flex. Then there is my other fall back of papermache but that can be very messy and cause serious warping issues, again, especially on large areas. Green stuff would be very expensive as would miliput or similar, so not sure on what people would recommend. An air dry clay maybe, but which one?
To be fair any suggestions would be appreciated.
Cheers in advance!
