Eureka de Grassin mounted and Marshall Follies figures
« on: 13 July 2013, 01:03:23 AM »
A received a bunch of newish releases yesterday which included these figures.

Arquebussier de Grassin on horseback and a new range called Marshall Follies - exaggerated cartoonish 7YW figures. I'm not normally a fan of exaggeration, but they seem to work. The de Grassin are exquisite little creations. They consist of 3 command figures, 3 regulr trooper variants and a one piece casting scout who's standing up in his stirrups, in case you wondered why he looked so tall.

The Follies have a general on horseback, a bombard and crew, musketeers, and grenadiers.

The Follies look like they are sculpted to match the Foundry SYW Brits!

Absolutely love the mounted Grassins. Perhaps I should finally get on with finishing the ones on foot I started a couple of years ago.

Thanks for posting these

I do! I'll post those sometime soon in a day or so. They've also done a 12lb Russian gun

Excellent, thank you !  :)

I've already come across the Ulhan greens on another forum, but I'm looking forward to seeing what the hussars look like. Not that I"m terribly worried about the quality of the scupting and casting, mind you  lol ;)
