Hello from West Sussex

Hello chaps,

Thought I had best say hello having been a lurker on LAF for a while and now having signed up.  What an inspirational group you all are.

I've been wargaming for more years than I care to remember ( and I am still rubbish at it ).  I am currently rationalising my collection in order to concentrate on just a few periods.

Currently not a member of a club, I am drifting more to back of postcard type rules with a view to just having fun pushing a few toy soldiers around and chucking a few dice. I tend to concentrate more on trying to make the games look pretty and paint the figures to the best of my ability.

Hi guys,

Many thanks for your replies.  I am in a village between Arundel and Pulborough.  Currently going through a rethink on my gaming as I have sold a lot of figures recently.

Now drifting towards ECW,  Medieval (I have a Norman Army and starting to increase my Saxons and W of R) and SYW which is in the early stages.  Of course being a typical wargamer I am bound to get totally side tracked by virtually any new stuff ! I also have a liking for some of the board games around these days such as Command and Colours
