Woodland Indians
« on: 25 November 2013, 02:02:42 PM »
I was going to keep these for myself but I've decided I prefer the look of other ranges for my M&TH force, so these are going on ebay when I get around to it. Hope you like.

They look fantastic.
It makes me want to paint up some of these guys (something I've been thinking about for a long time).
Below is a link to my blog. It's the place where I write uninteresting things about little toy soldiers. I do this because I refuse to grow up and behave like an adult.

Hi Folks

Just like to say thanks for all your kind comments, much appreciated I must say. Sorry it's taken me so long to reply, especially those that have PM'ed me but I was having a technological nightmare  :'(. All sorted now the shop as finally replaced my computer (they're quick to have your money etc.). I've been asked for the flesh recipe so I'll post it below.

Woodland Indians flesh recipe.

1. 50/50 mix of VGC Parasite Brown (GW Vermin Brown) and VGC Tan (GW Tanned Flesh)
2. Some I washed in GW Ogryn Flesh and others VGC Flesh Wash for a bit of variety, ones slightly browner
3. Reapply the base mix
4. Base mix + VGC Elf Skintone (GW Elf Flesh) and a dab of red
5. Keep adding Elf Flesh until your happy with the results.
