Well as I'm flogging them off on someone else (who at the start of this asked for nothing more than four walls and a roof), I'm leaving it up to the end user to bother with the finicky details, furnishing and painting.

...Not to say that the ruins which I've made for my Morrowind stuff are much better. They're painted at least.
