2nd ed lurker stat buy-up?

Hi, all!

I've been digging through the second edition pdf, and am not seeing anything about paying points to up the stats for lurkers. Is that no longer do-able?  No big deal if it isn't, just want to make sure I'm not missing anything.

You are correct. It could be abused and quite often was. There should still be plenty of skills to fix up your Lurkers.
