Well, while I was at it, I just ordered 2 Revell Huey Hogs (1/48) for carrying those Capitol Free Marines into the fray....

Ah, had you only asked first. Those are definitely sub-par models, all the more appaling because it is Revell. Ancient moulds (30 years or so) and it shows (with all examples I´ve seen). Hope you get a good batch, since generally-speaking, I do prefer older models for gaming purposes since there´s less friggling tiny detail to break off. But those Hueys I cannot really recommend unless you get them cheap (6 Euros or less).

Hmmm... not quite. £7.19 a piece, but the Revell Monogran Huey Hog is £8.99, and I've been looking for 1/48 Hueys for ages....

Let's see what they end up like after some battering, painting, and weathering 

Btw. do you know what Black Hawk model was used in Mogadishu?
