Pegasus Retro Rocket
« on: 24 November 2008, 01:35:41 PM »
This may have been brought up already, but has anyone seen this new rocket kit from Pegasus Hobbies?

http://www.pegasushobbies.com/prod%20scifi%20apollo%2027.html

It's 1/72, but may work for 28mm.

I wonder what these kits are in light of. Are they forging a Mars Attacks line? It's a good scale for little green men.

Blimey, seems all the praying for in scale 1/72 kit for Pulp has finally paid off (though not quite what I expected).

Though with that rocket next to my V-2 collection I think my Nazi bunker is getting a bit crowded  lol

I think it would be easy to convert it into a splendid 28mm one-man ship. Ideal for most "Retro-SciFi" games  :)

Model Hobbies in the UK have some Pegasus stuff (I recently bought some cacti and a Gothic Ruin there).

Let's start bugging them to get these beauties  ;)  ;D

You can certainly get those at Model Hobbies. I bought 2 sets of the large ones and 1 set of the small ones, but I've not gotten around to assebling them, yet. Hope to start doing so next week - at the same time I start prepping my Bandidos (there's a theme to this, you see  :D ;)  )

Well, while I was at it, I just ordered 2 Revell Huey Hogs (1/48) for carrying those Capitol Free Marines into the fray.... and the Gothic City Buildings Set #2....
