The falcon is definitely 10mm but works well.  I have a 28mm falcon and it is ridiculous in size.

It's not the best kit, but the old model Revel falcon is around 20-mm and it's workable for tabletop if you're doing a game where a fight in a docking bay is the focus of the encounter.  It's still pretty big though.

No worries, worth bearing in mind often "what-will-fit-in-the-box" can affect that.

Both are too small, but look nice on the table.  I didn't have the energy to drag out my Kenner Falcon.  Here is an old pic.

Huh,
     The Kenner Falcon actually looks good to me.  More chibi than I remember, but seems like a not terrible kind of compression for 28mm.

Revell list the scales of each model on their site. http://www.revell.de/en/products/star-wars.html

The website lists the product codes for the Revell of Germany releases. The U.S. codes are different though the kits are the same. The U.S. release 1:50 scale X-Wings are 85-1823 and 85-1825.
