A new ship joins the fleet

Just some pictures of my latest Langton 74 gun ship for the French navy.  Please excuse the poor photos, but they were taken in a hurry between unpacking from our vacation.  Since they are Napoleonic, I'm putting the pictures here instead of in the Flouncy Shirts section.

I was afraid that the hull colors were going to be a bit too gaudy, but when I put it in the sea base, everything worked out just fine.  I do suspect, though, that she will become known as "The Showboat"

Lovely stuff - that rigging! (Particularly impressive on a 1/1200 scale ship.)
