Assembling Undead from Frostgrave Cultist Kit?

Each cultist sprue comes with the following undead parts:

2 skeleton heads
2 pairs skeleton arms
1 zombie head
1 pair zombie arms
1 ghoul (revenant?) head

I'm assuming the last head is supposed to look like a ghoul, since it looks similar to the artwork which presumably shows ghouls.  Therefore, is the ghoul supposed to use the zombie arms, or should they use a weapon perhaps?  Obviously, I can model them any way I want, but I wonder what the intent was.

Are ghouls supposed to be unarmed?

The book doesn't list any weapons for ghouls. Give Frostgrave's relaxed attitude to WYSIWYG rules and the fluff I'd either have them unarmed and/or mix in ruined weapons. Broken swords, mouldy clubs, that sort of thing.

I guess the closest thing to "official" Frostgrave ghouls are the Kings of War ghouls?
