As for Crescent Root, I have some of their other lines, and they are very nice. Don't have any of their Middle East stuff (Series 1), but it sure looks great:

Alas, Crescent Root seems not to have the "potted" palms and the fountain available anymore.

Yes, beautiful stuff. I don't own any of it either but here is a blog with an AAR on a table filled with their series 1 product.

I highly recommend Kobblestone Miniatures Middle Eastern buildings.  I used them in my 28mm Pulp Egyptian collection.  You can see that collection (it's the 16th gallery... identified by a picture and a name; about 110 pictures) at www.warin15mm.net

Those look pretty good. They seem a bit pricey though for not being painted. I think if I am going to spend that much per building then I would be better of with the Crescent Root buildings.
