Been reading Chris Peers' new 'Death on the Dark Continent' rules for "Larger than skirmish" battles in sub Saharan Africa.  In general I like the rules very much, plenty of new approaches, all of which seem to make good gaming sense.

But the morale and disruption sections just CANNOT work exactly as written.  "Units" consist of two to eight "Bases".  One failure of unit morale results in "every base receives two disruption counters".  Then in disruption results, more than four disruption counters on a unit causes the whole unit to be removed from the table.  I'm convinced something slipped up in the rules text.  Where should I look for which part of the text is the slip-up??

That must mean the unit receives two disruption counters and not each base... otherwise whenever a unit of more than two stands received a disruption result it would mean the unit would be removed from play.  Who is selling this new rules set?
