Very nice indeed. Who makes these miniatures ? I don't think I've seen them anywhere before.

Had not heard of Blas de Lezo before - but reading up on him I was able to identify which figure was him versus the better known, to me, Galvez.  The latter is represented, currently primed, in my American War of Independence collection - along with a Spanish brigade for him to lead.
