Aren't they great.  Truly inspiring stuff.

I have a bag of Legio Heroica Seljuk heavy cavalry somewhere, time to get them out and try to copy those shield designs.

Buen trabajo Rafa!  Those Goturks are a superbly painted and a great addition to any eastern late antiquity or early medieval army.
