After a summer in which I painted mostly scenery and Infinity figures, I was in need of a palate cleanser. The choice was this plastic Tiger of Dirz from the Rackham line of pre-painted plastics that was languishing on my pile of potentials for seven years at least.
I must say that these are quite nice if given a bit of love, and I much prefer this plastic version to the metal one, with all that unnecesary weight coupled with feeble bonding points.
Painting was done mostly with oils, with allowed me to work the skin with wet blending, but proved a hassle for drying times (it took from Friday to Monday to resume painting again)
