That's great news, Eric! More is always better. However, will the increase in page count cause any delay to the book's release?
Operating from an abandoned US spy base somewhere in the Australian outback, Miniature Martin produces games and scale miniatures set in parallel worlds, past and future. He is NOT trying to take over the Earth. This time.

I do not think so, because we cut so much stuff to get to 64 pages in the first place!   lol

*blush*

I'm embarrassed that, years ago, after having made a small order for some space ships with a bit of sticker shock on cross-briny post, I've not reordered, and not seen either Heirs of Manacus or Uranus 'in the flesh.'

Given the large number of half brother Brits on the channel, that shock is a great deal less for them.

Looking at the images and the flight stands, I will guess they are a bit smaller than I first thought, though rectal-cranial insertion may certainly be involved.

This is a concern, “we cut so much stuff to get to 64 pages in the first place”...so how much of what you cut out can you get back in? What percentage of your actual rules will we get due simply to page limits? Can they cut some of the full page pictures out (that feature prominently in these releases) to ensure everything gets back in. Also will a usable QRS be included?
Thanks!

Everything not in the book is going on the website for free.  That includes, but is not limited too....

1. Rules for Ground Defenses
2. Making Forces for Regional Powers (Such as Chile, China, etc.)
3. A ship class or two from each Great Power (Such as additional Battleship, cruiser, or escort classes)
4. My designer's notes

With this we probably could have filled another 10- 15 Osprey pages of material.

The core of the game is all there, as there are still rules for bombardments, bombing runs, and other air-to-ground actions.  The campaign rules even made it back in with the extra space.  The fleet lists for 9 or so Great Powers (Britain, France, German, Austro-Hungary, Russia, Italy, Ottomans, US, and Japan), and the 10 or so scenarios take up a lot of space!

The full page art is still in, because it is all unique to this book.  No reprints from elsewhere!  Also, the pictures of Brigade models are all new images taken just for this book too!  Thanks to Osprey and Brigade for all this new content!

Thanks Easy E, good and bad news. Good News we get all your rules, Bad News 80 pages is in the rule book and 15 pages is online, pretty weird and disappointing.

Still looking forward to seeing these rules I have a lot of Leviathan ships ready to use.

BTW will there be a QRS in the book or on the website?

Next year is here; where's the book?!?!?!

*ahem*

Eric, has an estimate of release, even to quarter, been shared with you?

Need to know as to when to start pestering our manager to watch the distributors.

Release is in June or July.

The QRS has not been created yet, but will eventually go on the Website as well.

Thanks!

Knowing how such can slip on occasion, I promise not to yell further.  ;)

However, definitely too early to depend on Scott's memory yet.  lol

Yes, for clarity this content will go on the Osprey website.

However, I will also probably post it on my blog as well.
