Help identifying some miniatures.

Hello. I think these guys are vampires or hogoblins. I cant find them in any of the stores in my shopping book mark folder, although many of those shops are gone.
And I cant find them in my email either.
I have forgotten where these guys come from. Can anybody help?

Edit: President Buer came through and identified them as Vampires from Newline designs.
