Here's a link to a new series of printable rocketship parts you might like; Retro Rockets is a series of interchangeable parts that combine in dozens of ways to make unique spaceships in the style of 1930's sci-fi movie serials such as Flash Gordon and Buck Rogers!

The parts all connect with 3mm friction studs in the style of building toys like Lego. You can build pretty much any ship you like, from small patrol cruisers to Emperor Mung's dreaded Supercruisers!



I'm planning at least another two distinct factions for the Retro Rockets range, if these prove there is enough interest. Gaming rules such as War Rocket from Hydra or GZG's Full Thrust are good options for getting Retro Rockets onto the table, but I have some rules of my own in development, complete with a suitably pulpy setting.

All the Retro Rocket parts are designed to use a common connection system, allowing for near-infinite combinations of weapons, equipment, and hull sections. Roaring rockets, the sky (and your imagination) is the only limit!

Note: A Rocket that consists of 1 Nose + 1 Midsection + 1 Tail will measure between 60 - 80mm. Multiple Midsections can be combined to make much longer 'Supercruisers'!

Those are nice, I particularly like the wheeled landing gear option.  The gigantic rivets are a little odd, but what do I know about the engineering requirements of 1930s pulp rocketships?
