Who makes these figures? (Answered)

For the life of me, I can't recall who I ordered these figures from. All help would be appreciated, I need to track down whoever holds the rights to these figures today.

First set (last image below) is three Arab/Persian cultist/assassin guys. I was thinking Otherworld Miniatures, but that was a bust.

Second set is four hooded frog-faced cultists, one with tentacles in place of his left arm.

The skulls were not part of the original figures.
I'll have more Arab/Berber foot and camel-rider figures that will be working with this lot. More soon!

Thanks so much, V. Found them on their site.
They were the Sinbad line, Thuggees and the Cthulhu Mythos line, Fishfolk Cultists.

They go really well with the Lancashire Games / Blazing Away line of Tuareg/Berbers.
