If you check out the Workbench forum there is a stick called "Scale-O-Matic". That has a few Wild West comparison pics with companies like Artizan, Dixon and Foundry.

Here's a link: http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=10500.0

Hope it helps, and if it doesn't, hopefully this thread will generate a few more pics to add to the collection  lol

I'm not into ACW myself, but I know from my gaming mates that if they would have to start today they would either choose the Perry range or the very large range from Redoubt, which is nicely sculpted also. Just as additional information.

The Foundry ACW range sculpted by the Perrys is also very nice  :)

The Dixon ACW figures will be on the short side if blended with the Perry or Redoubt ranges.
If that doesn't bother you then freely dip into both and supplement with whatever takes your fancy.
The Redoubt range is huge and largely very nice figures. The Perry range has the benefit of cheaper plastic figures and also some exquisite lead figs as well.

I don't know if the Dixons would match in quite so well in terms of sculpting styles either :?

Perry, Foundry and Redoubt are all pretty compatible with only minor size differences. I'm happy to mix Redoubt and Foundry ACW together and I mix Perry and Foundry in the ECW ranges. Perry and Redoubt may not be quite compatible enough for a lot of people, but work well enough for me. Redoubt ACW are not so tall and as their other ranges, such as Zulu War etc. Slightly taller than Foundry but close enough to look good together in the same unit :)
