LOL!  Funny stuff!   I have a copy of those rules, and my GF found out, and would sneak up behind me, administer the dreaded "Rear Admiral" (That goose like jabbing hand thing!)  and say, in her awful British accent "They Don't Like it Up 'Em!"   LOL!

My sisiter, back in '01, found a "Lunger" from the period, miscategorized on EBAY.  Got it for a steal.

My son & I had a brief ceremony this afternoon (brief as in, he squeezed into the Guards uniform he got two years ago just long enough for my wife to snap this photo):

As for the Martini, make mine a Bradford, shaken like there's no tomorrow!

I know, it is not accurate, but, you think "Zulu" when you hear it:

How old is she?  She looks about 12?

She's in her early-mid twenties, has two kids with her Welsh rugby player boyfriend, and she hosts her own foul-mouthed chat show.

That's an old clip.

It saddens and hurts me that such a sweet girl, with a great voice, turned into a sleeze with a filthy mouth, and  bad attitude.

 :(

 lol lol lol

Thanks Plynkes, I didn't know that.

Well,  it's also  New Orleans Saints Day

What do we do, put away the Martini and IPA, and grab a Budweiser and some fried pork rinds?

(nah, I'll have a Tecate)  :)

Maybe next year the Zulu War collection will be finished.  I've painted over 3,000 Zulus and the entire centre column and Durnford's column - about 4,500 so far.  All that needed is to finish the basing, like a fool I painted the figures and stuck them on the bases and then lost heart for too long - now its a mammoth job I can't face. All in 15mm.
