No head swaps. Straight from the packet, although having painted them, I liked them so much I might be tempted to do a few more and try the odd swap.

I must admit that those particular Synthas are my favourite from that faction...completely robotic with low grade SPOMMs...Androsynths...pretty damn good .

I found that they looked particularly good painted in military colours (like you did) rather than the bright colours Void used for them.
