Endwar type project
« on: 19 June 2010, 07:52:29 PM »
Hey all, I'm thinking about doing some kind of future wars project based very loosely on the Tom Clancy Endwar game.

Basically I'm not overly fussed if the figures and vehicles aren't particularly religious to those on the games but it's the background/ideas/factions in game that have attracted me to this.

Atm I'm looking at using the Copplestone Neo-Sovs as the Russians and sticking the trooper figures in there somewhere too. My question is how well do these work with other manufacturers such as TAG, mongrel, eureka, foundry's street violence etc. I'm talking about scalewise/weapons and equipment as the Copplestone ones seem quite basic when compared to the others, particularly the details in the weapons and equipment and their poses also seem somewhat limited too.

Any other manufacturer suggestions would also be welcome, as would further inspiration for the project through other books, movies and games.

Thanks

Wouldnt some of the Pigiron troopers do for the Ghost Recon type? Endwar is set in the same time and uinverse as Ghost Recon, HAWX and Rainbow 6.
