I need some figs for an upcoming game...

A female elf on horseback w/ bow.
I have seen Reapers, and that is not quite it....

Also...

A gnome in armour on horseback.

Any ideas?

its not really an elf but it could easily pass for one....

only real issue is converting the sword on her back to a bow.

I assume you want something in 28mm scale?

What about GW's Arwen on horseback, with a weapon swap for the bow? She's an elf afterall, and a weapon swap is easy - plus the GW LOTR figs aren't chunk.. er, 'Heroic' like their other models.

If he can't provide a female torso and head from stock for you, I'm sure I have some extra ones lying around that you can have.

Thunderbolt Mountain also makes an excellent mounted female Elf figure, although you would need to attach a bow and quiver to her saddlebow:
