Beret Help

I just got may hands on the Warlord Plastic British Infantry box. Does anyone know of a good Beret sculpting technique or tutorial?

Same here, no tutorial but a a proposal for heads with berets from maxmini.eu

I had considered replacement heads, but the ones in the box are just so damned nice. There's a portly chap with mustache and comb-over! I figure making berets can't be too hard as they're essentially lop-sided circles.
