Free Post Apoc rules

Hey guys, I watched the Mad Max 2 last night, quite a good film to be fair and I've got madly into Fallout 3 at the moment, does anybody know any good rules for this type?

Maybe some car combat ones etc? I know of Nuclear Renaissance, is that still around?

Pil was involved in a set of rules adaptations for Necromunda and Gorkamorka called High Octane. Just searched for the link here but it's expired. I'm sure if he sees this or you PM him he'll fix you up.
