Probably only really of interest to UK members. Due to the difficulty of commuting to (and the recent decline of) my regular gaming club. I have taken the plunge and formed my own, in association with a local community centre. I am intending to form a card modelling group within the gaming club to create scenic models for gaming. Here is the official notice.

"Derwentside Wargames Club

 I would like to inform you that I am starting my own club in Derwentside, County Durham. The new club will be running on Saturday Afternoon/Evening from the 16th July 2011. We will be based at St Stephen's Community Centre, Durham Road, South Stanley, County Durham, DH9 6PG. The club will be part of South Stanley Partnership. All are welcome. Membership is set at £5 per year and £1:50 per session attended. Guests can attend for £2 per session.
